These terms and conditions (Study terms) outline the policies and procedures of AnyWhichWay, LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") d.b.a MoodMesh™, regarding your participation in a multi-university study ("Study"). It also explains your ("You", "Your") rights.

Scope

The polices, terms, conditions and definitions of AnyWhichWay's privacy policy and standard terms apply unless specifically overridden by this policy.

Definitions

• University: When capitalized, the university at which you are enrolled, employed, or consulting.

Informed Consent

• You attest that you have been provided the opportunity to use any consent procedures defined by the University.
• Your attest that you have agreed to participate in the study by agreeing to the University consent procedures.

Use of MoodMesh

You agree to use MoodMesh and its associated AI capability in compliance with the policies and procedures of the University with respect to the use of software and AI.

Data Retention:

• Data Retention:We retain study data for an indeterminate period of time.

Collection and Use Of Study Data

We use your survey and chat responses for the development and improvement of empathetic AI capability and cognitive models.

• Survey and chat transcripts may be provided in detailed anonymized or aggregated form to your University.
• The study may span multiple universities, the research departments of which may have access to anonymized and aggregated data only, even if you are not enrolled at that university.

Deletion and Update of Your Personal Data

You have the right to request deletion of study data. Note that some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations.
